| 2 1/2 | lbs. ground beef, 85% lean |
| 1 1/2 | cups brown rice |
| 25 | cabbage leaves |
| 4 | cups tomato, cooked, no salt |
| 1 | medium onion |
| 1 | egg, large |
- Boil cabbage head and cut off leaves.
- Mix beef and other ingredients.
- place beef in cabbage leaf and roll.
- Simmer for 4 or 5 hours
