Chunky vegetable soup
| 1 | head of cabbage |
| 3 | onions |
| 4 | carrots |
| 6 | stalks celery |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil |
| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | cup tomato sauce |
| 12 | cups water |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tbsp paprika |
sautee all vegetables in butter and oil. add to water and bring to a boil simmer for 30 minutes and then add cabbage and simmer for another 30 minutes.
