hi, in this cake rec it calls for 3 eggs. but we eat so many eggs in our house can i use 6 egg whites, or some yogurt to sub

I can't attest to how good the cake will turn out, though! :)
I substitute egg whites for all my recipes that call for eggs when baking and they still turn out wonderful. 2 egg whites per 1 whole egg. Also I substitute plain applesauce for oil...same amounts. Turns out moist and delicious!!!
You don't have to feel so guilty about eating the sweets!!!
