how to calculate calories from cooking oil?
Hi,
I've been wondering this for some time now. When you cook with oil, like sauteeing something, how many calories does that add? On the bottle of oil it tells me it's 120 cals for a tablespoon. So let's say I use a tablespoon to sautee something. Some of the oil remains on the bottom of the pan, so it's not like I'm eating all 120 calories of the oil.
What do you guys do? So far I've just been counting half or so.

I count the whole thing. It all averages out in the end.

I'm a bit confused by this too. Because in a frying pan, I can fry my eggs 3-4 days in a row using the same oil, I don't see how I'm eating an extra 120+ everytime. =/
