i think if you counted wrong you overestimated rather than underestimated. you definitely ate 1815 or less unless the potatoes were made with heavy cream and loads of butter but from the look of your food choices i doubt that that was the case.

--that's about 100+150+100 = 250

snack-24 kernals of almonds

--160

lunch-half cup of rice, 1 cup red beans, 1 cup orange juice

--150+200+150=500

dinner-1 cup mash potatoes, 1 apple

--200+100=300

2nd dinner-1 cup milk, 1 cup red beans

--100+200=300

So i count 1510 calories. So about 300 cals less than you estimated. i don't know the brand of yogurt or the recipe for the potatoes but i think this is a pretty good estimate.

the cereal is 190 cal. and the yogurt was 220 cal. i just had some almonds, 24 kernals, now i think i ate like 2020 calories!! lol before the almonds i think i was at 1800?? hmm~erica

so you'd add 90 cals for the cereal and 70 cals for the yogurt...so i underestimated by 160 cals...that's still only 1670 calories total.

hmm i just had another 24 almonds, anyways i either got 1800 or 2000,  i think, its hard to eat this much wen u eat healthy..~erica ps. im working on it though!

Just got done reading your other post - you mentioned a banana muffin - did you calculate that into the 1815?

I'll mention it again - don't see any vegetables with color. If you want to eat truly healthy, you have to have at least 2 cups/day of vegetables, probably more for a goal of 1900.
