Recipe Ingredients for California Rolls, Genuine Lump Crab

1 1/8 cup Sushi, Rice only, cooked
24 oz Lump Crabmeat
1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1/2 small (6-3/8" long) Cucumber, Peeled
1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 serving Pickled Ginger
1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
1 tbsp Sushi, Roe, Mixed Species
2 sheet Nori, 10 Sheets
1/2 tbsp Wasabi
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for California Rolls, Genuine Lump Crab

Prepare sushi rice per directions (approx 1/2 cup uncooked rice). Steam crab meat in vegetable steamer and let rice and crab cool for 10-20 minutes. Spread half rice over 1 sheet of Nori. Arrange ingredients. Mix mayo with ponzu sauce and tube prepared ginger and add before rolling using plastic bag as pastry bag. Roll and cut. Makes 2 rolls. (Hard to prep for making only one roll, so make 2, and refrigerate 1 for following day).
