callanetics/situps, squats etc - calories burnt?
Hi all,
Im being very lazy today and I cannot bear to go to the gym now so I was wondering if anyone knows how many calories are burnt doing callanetics and situps, squats etc with dumbells.????
I just dont want to eat 1300 and end up burning more and then go into starvation mode and cling on to fat as Im not chubby in most areas and any excess fat goes on very easily.

I log that as light calisthenics in the activity log - the amount of calories burned will depend on your statistics and the length of time. Light Calisthenics is under conditioning in the activities section. Hope this helps.
one day of undereating isn't going to put you in starvation mode!! Also for me an hour of weight lifting only burns about 230 cals hardly enough to even log IMHO.
lol..yeah i know, its just im coming out of starvation mode. i spent last year eating nothing for 5 days then binging on the 6th and eating healthy on the 7th. then in the past 2 months ive been eating but exercising too much so that im way under 1200 cals. the weight keeps on increasing, and now im trying to eat over 12000 cals, and even more if i exercise. scary concept for me.
