Calling all techies!

Hi there

Hoping someone out there might be able to help me...basically internet explorer keeps hanging on the CC website, and ONLY the CC website. It's really weird. Is there any reason why this might happen/does anyone know how to fix it.

It's frustrating because then all my tabs in my web browser page freeze too and I have to restart the program and go back to all the other pages.

I'm wondering if it could be some kind of add-on or something that I don't know about...

Any suggestions welcome. If you need any other info so that you can help, then I will try my best to give it to you. Sorry if this is really cheeky...it's just this problem is driving me nuts!

have you tried ditching ie for a better browser?

if i have problems with a page in one browser (for example... myspace keeps crashing in firefox) then i use an alternate browser (ie if i have to, or google chrome, etc).  try firefox and see if that fixes it for you..... it could be any number of reasons that ie is hating cc.

go to firefox.com and click the big button that says download install the file and try it from firefox it should work. internet explorer is slower and has many hangup issues im suprised this is the olny site you have problems with.

Firefox already seems to be a million times better and I only downloaded it this evening after reading these posts :)

Give Google Chrome a try, too.  Faster than firefox.
