Here we go...

1. 5'8"

2. 132 pounds

4. Cardio/Weights/Running 1 hour x 3days per week plus an extra 1/2 hour jogging session here n there

5. Been maintaining for 2 1/2 months

nb: I went from 165 pounds in Feb to current weight doing approx 1200 cals a day, too low but didn't realise... have found the increase to 1650 hasn't affected weight (no crazy gains or anything). Am still monitoring and weighing in daily... kind of enjoy it and want to stay on track. Chocolate intake has increased, heh. Still get too worried when scale jumps up and wish moods weren't so dependant on that silly number...

Smile

Thank you everyone for sharing. I think it's really useful for many people. It also helps to put things into perspective, and gives people a real idea of what real people maintain on...not what the calculators say. Those are good tools but not the says all of maintenance.
