Just want to make sure I have this right. The calorie burn meter says I naturally burn 2500 calories a day, just doing what I normally do during the day.
Do I have that correct?
So the goal is to keep your calorie intake less than what you burn in a day?
If so, what if I am working out now and im burning morecalories than than the site says? Should I be taking in ore calories?
Thanks
Alex
The experts all agree that you should have a difference between what you burn and what you eat, of no more than 1000 calories. If you have a deficit of more than 1000 in a day, then you need to eat a little more. That 1000 calorie deficit will cause you to lose about 2 pounds a week, which is the generally accepted safe weight loss level.
