I noticed this morning that my coach has delayed my goal weight an entire month what could I have possibly done  to give it that much of a delay? I am within range on my calories and activity....... right now I feel like bending that thumb back and making him cry uncle.. lol.Wink

Hi wildcard - the calorie coach assumes fairly conservative/safe estimates for your goal dates.  If you are aggressively restricting your intake, it's very likely you will do much better, so no worries Smile
Ok thanks  Erik cause I have totally gotten into this and I was just so stunned by the effect. Guess I put the coach in shock as well as my own self.Wink
yea my coach keeps saying i will reach my goal further and further away it started on the 20th of April and is now saying the 24th! i dnt understand as i am exercising regularly n eating very well. i can never get my calorie intake to get to 1200 tho..is this y? (the starvation mood thing) its not that i am eating under this amount, maybe i add the amount out wrong but if i am i dnt feel as tho i am..I havnt really changed my diet just cut out the sweet n salty snacks, so where am i going wrong??

You may not be going wrong anywhere - remember, the calorie coach is just a program script, and can only go off information it's programmed to look for in your profile and account.  I'm not sure what it's programmed to look for to calculate dates, but in my case it was off by quite a bit. 

As for the 1200 cals a day thing, if you're not meeting it regularly and have too large of a calorie deficit, that probably will impede weight loss.  You might want to try using the CC calorie expenditure tools - you may actually need to be eating a little more depending on your activity level.
