Supplement 1: Stages of Dieting

Introduction: Why the other diets just don't work
So many of us have tried them all: Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, none of them work. Some of them help you learn how to get the weight off, but the moment you stop, BANG!, you're back up again. Well, that sucks, doesn't it?
That's because the diet industry, all of it is, is designed to make sure that you, the average overweight American, don't succeed. After all, if you finally lose the weight and keep it off, than suddenly you don't need to keep buying their stuff. And they're out alot of money.

Here on C-C, though, we can teach you, from experience, how to lose weight, how to keep it off and we don't even charge!

And after you read this post, you are well qualified to stop by the lounge and sign up for the C-C Survivor Challenge

We're going to have a blast!  It starts Sept. 1st!
We quickly got team a and team b.  Team c is filling up right now.  And there could be a team d or e before it's all said and done.

And the start date will either be Sept. 3 or Sept. 14, depending on the kind souls who will be setting up the challenges and judging everything.

And by the way, if you don't feel like competing, united2together could use some help getting all the details of the challenges worked out...  Everything is in the motivation forum.
