Calorie Counting

I'm a little confused.  Why do items that contain artificial sweetners(fructose, corn syrup...etc) example, Yoplait yogurt has a higher grade than Greek Yogurt which has natural sugar & protein?  Another item I added to my log the other day wa boiled chicken and it cored like a D, I don't get it? Help!  Do I count my calories, or shouldn't I eat foods that are not processed or at least contain real ingredient?  Also how do you post calories for a home made meal? I made whole wheat chicken enchiladas and ended up just adding each ingredient.

I am not sure exactly how foods are rated, but I would say that the rankings of foods are not just based on calories. Things like fat, sodium and sugar counts are very likely looked at as well, if these are high the food will probably not rate high.

For your homemade meals you can do like you did each ingredient on its own or under the foods heading click on the new recipe and enter servings and the ingredients and it will give you a nutritional breakdown.

Thanks to rollayesenia for asking!
