Calorie counting question
I am new to this site and have searched for this question but can't seem to find it so I will ask it. I have my activity settings for "light" due to the fact that I am a web designer and I spend most of my days on the computer. Without adding anything to my activity log it shows me burning 3020 calories a day.
The description for light activity is minor walking at work and typing, this sort of thing. Here is the question...when I go to other online calorie calculators and type in this same info it shows a calorie burn rate of more like 4000 a day. Should I be adding activities to my daily list such as typing, mild walking, etc in addition to any extra exercise I am doing?
Okay, I asked the same thing a few days ago.
I think the deal is, put yourself on sedentary. Then, just log on the activity as you do it. If you mark yourself at a higher level, then you are not supposed to add in your exercise.
Hope that helps!
Thanks...that help alot.
