20 Calorie Dark Chocolate Mousse (Natural food lovers beware)
Ok so one of my favorite things to do with recipes is to place with them to try and create low calorie/low sugar/low carb versions of my favorite treats.
Here is what I came up with to satisfy my chocolate craving (warning, I use a lot of fake foods in my stuff so if artificial sweeteners are not your thing you probably wont be a fan)
1 Tbsp Hersheys Extra Dark Unsweetened pure cocoa powder
2 packets of equal
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (shaken up so its frothy)
1 tbsp FF Promise or Spray butter or smart squeeze
Mix all of these ingredients up in a small bowl, and voila you have sugar free and basically fat free dark chocolate creamy mousselike pudding. This taste so good it was like eating a dark chocolate cream bar!
I have also dipped frozen strawberries in this mix and wow!
Just had to share in case you have a chocolate craving to fix, and cant portion yourself with miniture candies (oh wait thats me haha)

I'm sure it doesn't have to be Hershey's. You could use any good quality, unsweetened cocoa, which, by the way is a perfectly natural product, and so is almond milk.
I always see almond milk at health food stores and gourmet shops but I don't like it because it has the same aroma as a hand lotion I use. I'm sure it's good, but the smell puts me off.
Sounds good, I'm going to try it, but I'm just curious as to what the purpose of adding spray butter is?
