I think.
(If you have a deficit and aren't losing at all, you don't really have a deficit - and need to measure and count more closely.)
I don't think deficits are sound. My dad has been eating his normal 2,000 sum calories and exercising on his bike for about 20 minutes and has lost 8 pounds in a week. My mom replaced candy bars with apples and has lost a lot, too. I accidently lost 3 pounds by adding cardio. You don't look like you need to lose any at all but if you want to tighten up or get healthier I think adding decent exercise is the way to go. The body will eventually crave and want its right amount of calories. When people are overweight they need a steady diet/exercise plan that cuts down their calories because in most cases overeating (which is not good nor is undereating) ensued. Non hurtful body weight can continue eating normally but should add exercise. ![]()

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
