calorie dense/no fat foods?
Does anyone have any suggestions on calorie-dense foods that are low in fat. I find myself getting to the end of the day being under 1200 calories but have gone to my max. fat intake. help??

Potato
Rice
Kashi Pumpkin Flax seed bars - are crunchy 180 calories and low in fat high in protein...tasty too.
eat nuts and drink milk with every meal. that helped me. dont avoid nuts, they are full of very good fats, and acutally make your healthier.
Add skim milk powder to milk. No/minimal fat, cals plus calcium. Also can add to recipies with cream/milk.
Juices. Make your own with a juicer. Its a lot easier to eat 4 apples juices than 4 apples. So make crazy yummy concotions, instead of snacks, with apples, berries, bananas etc.
Yep, brown rice is ok. Grains I guess.

Are you particularly sensative to fats? If not, I would suggest not avoiding fats in general, just saturated and trans fats.
Whole wheat pasta.
Dried Fruit
Whole wheat pasta. Brown rice. Any whole grain
Thanks for all the suggestions!
Those who are interested - I don't avoid fat, I watch it because I am a big heart risk/high cholesterol gal. I am really good about getting my whole grains and nuts (I'm not a big meat eater).
The problem I was facing is that I will have ate good meals through the day and then I come to the end and my calorie intake is very low while everything else is at the max.
