How many should I consume and at what point? How many calories for breakfast, etc?
How much of my calories should be protein/carbs/fat???
I'm consuming 1200 calories a day btw.
my day is probably something around
breakfast - 20%
snack - 5%
lunch - 25%
snack - 5%
snack - 5%
snack - 5%
dinner - 25%
my breakfast is usually around 7am, midmorning snack around 9:30-10am, lunch around noon. i have three snacks in the afternoon because i'm often just at my apartment studying and whatnot, and if i don't plan them in, i will overeat. i can't help but snack. dinner is around 6pm. that's just for me, everybody is different.
Any tips on working in more calories throughout my day? I'm trying - but I'm not hungry enough to eat more than around 1200 calories.
