0 calorie dressing,is this possible?

Hi! I discovered a few days ago walden farms 0 calorie dressing. THey have different flavours:bleu cheese, bacon ranch, balsamic vinagrette... I love the bleu cheese one so much that I cant believe it has no calories. Im guessing that they cant lie w the nutritional info of the product but still....do you think this is possible? thanks

it IS possible, but remember (and i'm not trying to bring you down) - but the grass isn't always greener on the other side, so to speak. yes, it is calorieless, but it makes up for it in sodium. and if it doesn't or if it has reduced sodium, check the sugar.

but, everything in moderation. 1 tbsp or 2 on your salad is fine, just dont drench your steak and potatoes in 1/2 a cup of the stuff or something (yes, people do that).

thanks. It says sugar free too. Its made w splenda. I dont know about the sodium tough....I will check, thanks!
