i have gone over my limit by 200 calories today. just wondering if anyone knows of the amount of exercise i can do in my house, and what i can do (sit ups, crunches, push ups, lunges type thing), that burn 100 - 200 calories?

how about dancing? put on your favourite cd and dance for 30 mins and voila! there goes 100-200 calories.
yeah just jump up & down like a crazy person while dancing too. swing your arms wildly & make sure to lift those legs. its good therapy too.
10 minutes on the elliptical with moderate effort and you will burn 100 kcal! ![]()
I burn 150 cal when I do 15 min on my stepper at home
