Hey guys I have to tell you about this new popcicle we found at Sam's Club today. 10 CALORIES! They taste amazing and have no aftertaste at all! They are called Philly Swirl Sticks. They are in 5 flavors one is Cherry-mellon, sooo good! And sweet! Actually sweet! They are also gluten free I believe. Here is the link to the website to check out the nutritional content for yourself.

I had my doubts and really didn't like the cotton candy flavor but it was a really nice surprize! I had to share the find. Hubby opened the box first and once he said he really liked them we had to try all the flavors rather quickly...but at only 10 cal I didn't really feel that bad. LOL
Anyways, hope everyone had a great weekend!

Oh, I LOVE the cotton candy one! I wish we could trade :)
that wouldn't work because my hubby LOVES the cotton candy one too haha.. :)
sweet, and the sugar free ones only have 4 carbs per bar, which (for ice cream) is really good. I think I'm going to have to buy some.
do the sugar free ones have aspartame???
made with splenda.. :)

mrsk thanks for the info, they sound good, I had tried the regular kind before but thought they were a little higher in calories than they were worth, but at 10 calories per -- I will buy some! (hope I can stop at one or two) I am always glad to find something sweetened with Splenda as I cannot stand other a.s. items. I see from the website that Meijer's sells them and that is where I planned to go this week.
Welcome cherylc, this is a very helpful site in so many ways. Enjoy .

Wow, those look good! Pretty much all those pops do, really. Especially the 57 calorie fudge pops. Woo! I really hope I can find some at my local grocer. I'm not usually a popsicle fan, but I could be for those. Thanks for the info!
Edit to add: It says "Food 4 Less" carries them, so I'll be harrassing them tomorrow about these low-cal treats! :)
