Calorie Goal

Hi everyone!

My name is Kim and I'm new here.  I'm trying to loss 15 lbs that I managed to gain when I began running.  That's right-- I started running and packed on some weight so I'm just trying to get to my pre-running weight. 

I've tried using calorie goals sites have giving my before but without a whole lot of success.  Would you mind sharing your experiences with the calorie goal?  Was to too high, too low, or just right?
