100 Calorie Ice Cream!!!!

Just found something new at the store.... 100 calorie ice cream cups... they're Breyers... really yummy!!! The cup was a perfect size for me and there's 6 in a package!!! Just thought someone else might wanna get their ice cream fix and not feel guilty!!

how many ounces? 4?

yeah, half a cup. I've got some in my freezer  :)

I eat Slimabear's 100 calorie sandwiches and chocolate covered icecreams regularly. ~YUM~

There is also Sunnyside Farms yogurt that is only 90 calories per half cup. It is in the large containers however and may be hard to do portion control. But if you can they have vanilla, chocolate vanilla, and vanilla with a chocolately swirl. I'm sure there are more flavors as well but those are just off the top of my head.

i also just tried Skinny Cow products.  They're all relatively low calorie, and sooo good!

I ADORE these breyers ice cream cups... i love my ice cream on a cone though so I get some 15 calorie cones and scoop out the ice cream cup and slap it on a cone... .hits the spot every time!

Or you can get the Bryers light, which is 100 calories per half cup and ditch the excess packaging to make an Earth friendly substitute.

Another tasty brand is Skinny Cow. Their ice cream sandwiches are 140 each and more substantial than Slimabears.

I have the Italian Ice. I had one yesterday and it was good. =]

The Breyers no sugar added Vanilla is 80calories for half a cup!!
