Calorie intake on cardio days?
What do y'all eat, maintainance or under?
I'm having a heck of a time deciding how much to eat. I do my lifting MWS and Cardio T/TH/Sun, though sometimes a little less depending on the week.
I've been eating really low this week, like 1300-1600 a day b/c I haven't been lifting. I'm usually eating 1600-1800 on weight train days and around 1500 on cardio days. Not sure if this is a good idea or not.
I usually try to eat under maintenance because I have another 5 pounds or so to lose. So, typically I eat around 1700-1800 on lift days and maybe 1500-1600 on cardio days. Of course, those are goals, it's typically more like 1900-2000 on lift days and 1700-1800 on non lift days.
My husband came back from being in Egypt for 5 months and it's much harder to eat well around him!!
