Lately, I have been studying like a maniac day and night, so I tend to eat foods that are packaged (Ex: Rice or Noodles). And eventually, I noticed that my calorie intake has been around the 700 range. I know it's bad for me, but I am taking a Whole Foods Daily Vitamin pill. In addition, I take L. Carnitine and some other supplements.
Is it that bad that I'm not eating as much?

You know that it is. Eat more.
bad bad bad! Buy some power bars or eat some nuts. your body needs the calories. Plus lacking calories does not help the studying process. your brain needs them.
Supplements only aid you by giving you vitamins you are missing out on. Not calories. Just cause you have all the vitamins you need doesn't mean you get all the energy your organs need to survive.
if you have to ask and question it, then chances are the answer is yea. Just look around these forums.. is it not obvious to you already?
You need calories to think. Perhaps if you ate more, and better, your studying would be more efficient.
Well, maybe you should sit there with a spoon and a jar of peanut butter (along with some whole grain crackers?); you get a LOT of calories pretty easily then! Or better yet, a can of nuts! Take advantage of this and eat some higher calorie foods you may normally try to avoid! :) Why sabotage yourself so that later you're trying to get out of a bad mode?
If you are short on time or just lazy, then stop at a fast food place and pick up a small grilled chicken sandwich, NO MAYO and NO CHEESE. It's low in calories, low in fat, high in protein and has some carbs to give you energy. Grab a large water while you are at it.

as an occasional thing, no. As a routine, yes.
you are depriving your body of energy and nutrition. Even though you are taking the supplement, the body does much better when it gets its nutrients from whole foods.
You will do better in your studies if you eat healthy.

Your brain will work better if it has better nutrients. You will feel more energised and ready to learn.
Lots of studies is not an excuse to eat such a low amount of calories.
On an off day, every other week kinda thing, its ok to be slightly lower than you should be. But for days straight, and as a routine (as manewell said) it is not healthy at all.
Why do you say "I know it's bad for me," and then in the next sentance, you say "Is it that bad that I'm not eating as much?"
If you know its bad, why ask the question? And better yet, if you know its bad, why do it?

I'm so glad I found this message portion of this site!
I can feel for you, as I have a tendency to be so busy I forget to eat. I keep bowls of almonds around the house, and whole wheat whole grain crackers with those laughing cow wedges of cheese. Also fruit. It's the only way I make it over a 1000.
I hope you are eating more and do well with your studies.

I agree with all the posts suggesting to eat nuts. Adding more fat to your diet in general will help you feel better because your body will be working more efficiently. Often when someone is getting too few calories, it is because of a lack of fat. Fat is an essential nutrient and is easy to add in if you aren't getting enough calories. Add some healthy fat like olive oil to your rice or noodles. Smart Balance is a great buttery-tasting spread that has a lot of heart-healthy fats.
Not eating enough could eventually cause you to go through a bingeing stage as it often does for so many people, myslef included. Regular eating plays an important role in weight loss and weight maintenance.
