How come my calorie intake is more than my burn meter?
Ok, I entered all my info and the calorie intake said I should consume 1842 cal. a day, and my burn meter says 2520. But on my home page, the calorie goal says 2750 cal. and my burn meter still says 2520. Why is this and how do I change it? Doesn't consuming 1842 a day seem at lot better than 2750 espically if my burm cal is 2520? Can anyone please help?
On your home page, click Edit Settings. Then scroll down and fill in the field "Target Daily Calories" with your goal (1842) and Save. Your home page should change.
Thanks, I'll do that.
Thanks for asking that question, i joined in Feb and could never figure out how to change the calories goal on my home page so i thought whoohoo i can eat that much and lose weight???? NO i couldn't, i have lost 13 pounds since Feb 20 but have also increased my workouts, now i will change my calorie target and hopefully lose lots more ![]()
Don't forget that as you lose weight you need to adjust your calorie intake. I started at 1600 calories a day, and am down to 1450, since losing 29 pounds.
You'll find it in the same place as where you edit your daily calories, the blue link for "advice".
Glad I could help Wyomingite. I don't know about you, but that was DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!
Thanks for the extra info Charleet, I'll remember to adjust it!
