8 calorie lemonade smoothie!!

I was bored last summer so I came up with this recipe. Everyone out there probably knows this recipe, but thought I would put it out there just in case. It's a lemonade smoothie that's basically calorie free. This is what you do for 2 or more servings...

1. pour about 2-3 cups of water in blender

2. add 3-4 cups ice

3. pour in 4 tablespoons lemon juice (or to taste) I used from concentrate, but I guess you could use whatever type you want just make sure it's not sweetened AT ALL because that results in extra calories.

4. use splenda to sweeten to taste (about 8 packets for whole recipe)

5. blend until smooth and enjoy!

also, the lemon juice can be substituted for lime juice, or even favorite (diet) sodas.

I couldn't find a way to get the recipe analyzer nutritional facts into this post, but it is only 8 calories per servings. You can get about 3 servings from this recipe.

It reminds me of a slurpee (my favorite summer drink ever!!) but with a lot fewer calories!!
Oh my gosh YUM! My mom recently bought a brand new blender with the intention of making smoothies so I definitely have to try this out! Thank you :D
oh no problem! I always enjoy helping other people. actually, it seems pretty simple and not that tasty, but i actually REALLY like it. 
I love anything lemon.  You can be sure that once the warmer weather is here, I'll be making lemon smoothies for everybody.
