what does the calorie number on my account home under burn meter mean?

I understand that the first square shows me the calories consumed vs. calories eaten, but what does the burn meter show me and how do I use that?

I'm pretty sure, but anyone can correct me if I'm wrong or explain it better: the small number (in small font/estimated) is what you burn on a daily basis doing what you do normally.  The large (font) number is an estimate of what you have burned so far.  If you've worked out or done any extra activities add those into your activities log for the day and you'll see that last number go up.

I hope this helps,

L
