20 calorie popcorn? =O

Has anyone seen the Orville Redenbcher's box for their Natural popcorn? It says one mini bag is 20 calories.... wow too good to be true? Someone pinch me please...

It's actually 20 calories per cup.
One bag makes about 15-16 cups. So It's actually 300+ calories per bag.

I remember a long time ago I misread the label and I'd eat 2 whole bags of popcorn a day. xD

Tricky... guilt wave coming on...

a single-serve mini bag is 100 calories, actually.

You can always make a batch of the 100 cal bags then separate them into 4 or 5 ziploc bags. If you don't mind them being cold, they will keep in the pantry for about a week. That way they are only 20-25 cals each bag and make a decent snack.

I airpop my own. I put 1 cup in (20 cal) and then spray it with pan spray (0 cal) after popped and add some salt or splenda/sugar and yum! One cup makes ALOT of popcorn so I have some for a few days (I eat them in little sandwich bags..makes about 5ish bags). The pan spray is better than using oil to make the sugar or salt stick to the popcorn, it doesn't change taste or anything as I've tried both. Spray after it's done while they're still hot/warm. Don't need to use alot either. ^_^

Ahhh I can't read labels!   Well.. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now and I've managed to lose 1-2 pounds every week so I think I'm doing ok, lol.

The baggies are probably about 1 cup anyway... maybe 1 1/4 cupish. I should measure them :O.

I have this same popcorn, buttery garlic flavor, though. I am looking at the side of the box, and it is 30 calories for one bag (these are the mini-bags) popped.
