Calorie shifting

Quote  |  Reply

Just wondering if anyone's tried it, and what kind of things did you munch on? Did it work for you?

You don't need to be calorie shifting or losing weight.

I thought you were in recovery for ED? :-\

I was, but it went waaaaaaaaaaaaay over all of a sudden. And I don't want to get back to my tw in the unhealthy way I'm used to because that will just set EVERYTHING off again.

Thanks for your concern though

I can't help on the calorie shifting thing - no idea what it is.. unless you're talking about shifting calories from the plate into my mouth, because I'm getting good at that ;-)

Umm only thing I'd say is be careful, it's v. difficult to diet in a healthy way after suffering ED.. kind of like an alcoholic becoming a 'social' drinker or a 40-a-day ex-smoker deciding just to have the odd puff.

xxxxx

If I recall right you landed in the 20 BMI range. That is not "way over". This is the ideal range for someone who has or is recovering from anorexia. You do not need to lose weight.
