35 Calorie-a-slice cheesecake!!
You take 1/2 cup a boiling water, add sugar free jell-o (or unflavored gelatin w/ a flavored extract or cocoa powder), mix it until the gelatin's dissolved, put it in the blender w/ 2 cups of non-fat cottage cheese, then let it sit in the fridge. Sound good? I thought so. I'll tell you guys how it is.

mmmm! I just rembembered about these little beauties! I just had to make a quick special trip out to the grocery to pick up cottage cheese and SF jello. They are setting in the fridge right now. The wait is almost killing me :.(
Yeah! The thread has been revived so newbies can get in on the best, lowest cal cheesecake around!
hey..i just got some strawberry flavored SF jello....would it taste ok?...or is the unflavored jello with cocoa powder the better deal?
oops..redundent question..applekiwi used the strawberry jello with success...so I will trust that....going to buy some nf cottage cheese today for the experiment...![]()

You guys should be careful when using "sugar-free" type of substitutes. While these technically dont carry calories they're composed of some potentially harmful stuff. Eat the artificial stuff in moderation. You're better off eating the real thing in moderation. I can easily make a cheesecake factory slice last a week and still lose weight.
Hmm.. I just created my own "cheese cake" snack today and I was so proud of the outcome. Then I found this tread and all I can say is - I have to try this recipe! It looks great. It makes my wasa bread, laughing cow cheese and strawberry preserves look like fat laden crap! LOL
I made this and accidently put half a pint instead of half a cup of water in! So I added another cup of cheese and it was still OK. I made it with raspberry jelly half with high lights hot choc in and half without. It's nice with yogurt and a low cal biscuit (like morning coffee) crumbled over it or with a bit of chocolate sauce.
