how many calories do you all eat in a day??

how many calories do u guys consume in a day??
i TRY (try being operative word, lol) to eat 2000 calories/day.
Reason: Moved to weight loss forum.
I Zig Zag but average 2300 calories a day. I go as low as 1350 in a day and I have been as high as 5200 in a day. but I always averge at or below 2300 by the end of the month.
I eat anywhere from 2,500 to 3,500 each day.
around 1,200 to 1,900. : )

1800-2500, depends on how I feel and how much I exercise that day.
Its interesting to see that there are a lot of people that dont eat that much. :(
I usually hit 1500-1900 depending on if I ate fast food that day. I cheated all last week, but I'm better now. School started back and between the madness and insomnia, I didn't care WHAT I ate. Just making it in to teach was good enough. I'm happy with myself though because I am 2 weeks in and have mostly chucked the soda habit. :) I still have one if my blood sugar gets too low though.

I usually aim for 1500 on sedentary days, and 1700 on workout days. I've been really stressed with work this month so I'm averaging 1900 right now.
1200-1500 depending on how much I work out for that day. But average is usually around 1350.
I usually eat 1250 calories a day but when I do a double cardio or or total body/cardio in morning then another cardio in afternoon I aim for 15-1600 calories. I was trying to lose weight before and was told buy fitness people that due to my workout schedule I should eat 1600-1900 calories; well, never lost from a number stand point but I did see a definite change in my muscles (back & shoulders). I'm so glad that I finally started utilizing this website because Fitday is crap as far as helping you lose weight....it gives you nothing to go by.
I have cheated this last month (only gained 5lbs from it though) but before I was only eating 1500-1600 calories in a day. Now I try to only eat when I'm hungry and if I am able to, I mark my calories. I work 50+ hours a week so I have a lot of trouble staying on top but I'm making little rules for myself like when I'm at work, I only eat once. Otherwise, I'll eat ALL day long, trust me.
Currently, I aim for 1500 calories per day. This is today's menu ...
BREAKFAST
- one cup Fiber One Cereal
- one-half cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze
- one Western Bagel Perfect 10 Bagel
- two tablespoons eggplant hummus
LUNCH
- two servings of spicy egg white salad
- one-half cup low fat cottage cheese
- one blueberry fiber cake (bran muffin)
- one cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- one sliced cucumber
DINNER
- one Western Bagel Perfect 10 bagel
- two lean ostrich burger patties
- two slices of fat free cheese
- four servings of fresh broccoli
- two cups of sliced radishes
SNACKS
- six hardboiled eggs whites
- five slices of fat free turkey bologna
- one cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- two sugar free popsicles
NUTRITIONAL DETAILS
- 1435 calories
