Calories in Bars?

I had a spice bar at work today and I have absolutely no idea how to even think of how many calories were in it. There really isn't something like that in the food log/browser thing...and those that are in it seem really high calorie, which freaks me out!

I technically had probably about 1.5 bar(s) so on average it was probably something like 3 inches by 2.5 or 3 inches? I have noooo idea. Help!

I have no idea what a spice bar is......Whats in it and we could take it from there. Also I wouldn't worry about it, it wont hurt you to have something like that everyonce in a while. If you honostly that worried about it count it as your cheat meal. Just keep eating healthy like you normaly would :D

I'm pretty sure it is made out of whatever is in spice cake...just made into a bar instead. It's like a brownie but different flavoring.

Well according to this site a 2 inch brownie has around 243 calories.

I wouldn't worry about it like I said :] It was probably between 100-400 calories at most. Doubt it was 400 calories though. Like I said just count it as a cheat meal and continue you with your diet :)
