Calories in Bennigan's french dip sandwich?

Does anyone know where I can find this information? I looked on their website.  I had this for dinner.

I had the sandwich plus fries, without the dip. :[ I hate the dip.   I had  a little bit ketchup on the sandwich instead and on the fries.   Then I had tea instead of soda. 

I should be okay on my calorie intake cause I really didn't eat much today.

Bowl of cereal, a package of crackers was only like 300 something calories.

 

But I just wanted to know if I had room for a few chocolates, I'm celebrating that I get to reduce the intake of my cancer meds. (:

 

 

Celebrate anyway, you deserve it.  Just don't eat too many.  Congrats!

But I wanna know anyway. D:  I'm trying real hard to make sure I count everything

 

i couldn't find info anywhere.. is it kind of like the arby's french dip? i'd look it up to see if it's about the same size and if it is log that instead.

I just logged it as a roast beef sandwich/w cheese and a medium french fry.

Its probably off a little bit, but I'm still doing good. I'll say I'm at 1415 calories even though it says 1375 :D

My goal thing is 1900. I'm full for the night so I know there won't be snackage later other then an orange, I gotta have my fruit for the day which I haven't yet.
