how many calories do YOU have for breakfast?

i have 500. its amazing. it seems like every time i have a small breakfast i binge throughout the day, but when i have a big one- i dont feel the need! i didnt buy into the whole BIG b-fast thing, but one ay, i was like heck, ill give it a shot!

i'm never going back to below 500. i can say that for sure!

i would say around 300-400

Around 300-400 on the average, cereal, milk and OJ or 2 wheat toast, jam & j

I have 600 calories for breakfast. It's my biggest meal of the day, but it's also "the most important". Heheh.

Usually ~ 300 during the week.  On weekends about 500 because we're usually out all day and don't always have a chance to eat on a normal schedule.

I eat 180 calories for breakfast on weekdays BUT I snack a lot in the mornings so I have like breakfast, brunch, lunch then dinner basically.  so my calories are like 200, 200, 300, 400 plus snacks

WOW, u guys eat a big breakfast!  I never eat more than 200, usually average about 1100 a day..I know I am trying to eat closer to 1200 at least, only supposed to eat 1460...I eat at 530am when I work and on the other days I swim after breakfast(around1030 or 1100) and can't swim with a full stomach. I like to save my calories for lunch and dinner.

Usually about 250 for breakfast around 8-8:30 but I have a 100-150 calorie snack around 10:30 so if you count that about 350-400 calories pre-lunch

I range 150-300 depends on the day and what I want lol. I normally have a higher calorie and high protein breakfast on days I work early mornings that way since I wont have time to eat lunch at work till like 2 I wont starve to death lol. I had 210 calories today. A bowl of oatmeal with better n butter and some almond breeze :-)

I only have about 200 calories for breakfast and it's usually enough to keep me going until lunch.  I know it doesn't sound like much but since I've only recently started eating breakfast I think I'm doing pretty good.  I'm rarely hungry in the morning but I make myself eat a hard boiled egg and a piece of thin toast with my coffee (which is my real breakfast lol) so I have something in my stomach.  I eat the majority of my calories between lunch and bed.  I usually have soup or a salad and a piece of fruit for lunch, a snack when I get home (a banana or a couple handfuls of grapes or something), dinner and a 100 calorie popcorn snack.  What I eat depends on my workout because I try to keep a deficit of between 500 and 1000 calories.

Around 300-350, followed by a snack a few hours later.

~ 500 Monday-Friday

220 on Saturday and Sunday.   Kinda odd.

I eat a good 450 calories for breakfast. A few days a week I may have closer to 500 or 550.

I absolutely love breakfast.  It is definitely my favorite meal of the day.  I too go to bed looking forward to my breakfast in the morning. 

I like to have bunch of different items for breakfast.  For example, I'll mix and match from the following items: egg whites with veggies or herbs, a piece of toast, yogurt with some frozen berries, some type of whole fruit, oatmeal, glass of skim milk.  Some days when I'm really adventurous I'll make pancakes or french toast, or something equally bad for me.  ;)

I know it sounds like a lot ... usually ~500 calories, but I swear I could eat more than that!  .....terrible, I know.

I too go to bed, looking forward to breakfast :) 

Before I started the weight gain my breakfast would be either 140cals, 200cals or 300cals.

Now that I am on the weight gain plan it is usually in the area of 550cals to 610cals and right around 30 grams of fiber, mood dependent, very satisfying.

Somewhere between 250 to 350. I am not a huge fan of breakfast foods and I hate cooking so breakfast isn't a huge deal to me.

I'm going to sound insane here, but I am on a weight gain plan.

Today my breakfast was 900 calories, = Large bowl of cereal (150g) with milk, orange and bagel with nutella.

I usually have between 700-900. It's my favourite meal of the day and I find it easiest to get most of my calories in there.

The caloric value of my breakfasts are low ( around 150-320) but I make sure it is packed with fiber. That is what prevents overeating during the day and feeling hungry or not, not high calories.

I usually have a Grapefruit, steel coat oats and a Fiber one yogurt.

Around 300, cause I eat a snack about 2 1/2 hours later, and then lunch 1 1/2 hours after that. I am usually around 750-800 after lunch. I like bigger dinners (about 5-600 cals) and a snacke between lunch and dinner.
