The values for the activities here in the database change with your weight, so yes, I'd say 330 is the accurate (ish) number. If you change your weight and enter the same activity you will see it will have a different number.
No worries! It's sort of disheartening to know the less you weigh the less calories you burn doing the exact same thing. I have to do way more to burn the same amount as I did in January that's for sure! :-/
Mocha, I know that it is supposed to be based on "your" weight...but I don't think it's very accurate. The only way to tell is if you wear a heart rate monitor. I just purchased one to help me keep better track of my exercise and to make the most of what I do. I find that I am generally burning more than what CC says for things like walking...but I know many people say that CC's numbers are overestimated. Guess I'm just lucky...or is it unlucky since it's my weight that is helping me burn more. lol I can't wait to have to work harder to burn the same amount! :)
If you want to burn more calories work out in the AM. You will burn your stored fat and not what calories you have taken in for the day, think about it, your body is burning calories while you sleep then you wake up and burn more. I am not one to eat before I work out, it makes me sick but a protein shake I use Gold Standard 100% whey protein it has 130 caloried and 24g of protein or a low-calorie granola bar in the morning before the work out will help battle fatigue.

Exercising the the morning before food doens't cause you to burn more calories you still expend exactly the same amount doing the same exersices no matter what time of day you do them.
I'm sure there are benifit's to exersicing at various times of day, or having eaten or not eaten certain things before hand but the amount of calories you burn isn't one of them,
For example protein is good just before and just after a workout because it helps repair the muscles faster. Carbs are good for energy 1-2 hours before a workout because they help give you energy and helping you to push your workout that bit further.
But at the end of the day Burning calories is Burning Calories .... Energy in v's Energy out is all that matters.
