Calories burned at work?

I cant seem to get a clear outcome of calories I burn at work- I am a barista and spend my days on my feet. I am standing and walking around both equally, and when I am walking its usually at a light pace. Even if I am standing I am always doing something- cleaning, dishes, making coffee, serving customers... any one have a rough idea of how many calories I may burn during an hour of work? thanks!

Even thou bartender is the only close word to what you do. The rest does apply just to a little different verbage.

Ok I am also a barista as well and I work 8 hour shifts during the day, sometimes maybe more. According to the 243 cals per hour that would mean I burn around 1950 cals per shift. How much of this would be a part of CC's given calories burn meter?
