How many calories are you burning each day?
For those of you keeping track of how many calories you are burning... how many are you burning each day, on average?
I'm burning about 2500 each day. (1700 for a sedentary activity level, plus about 800/900 in extra activities) Is this a good amount of activity each day?

I dont really know. i know i burn 1500 cals at sedetary level by just being me but i know when i go to gym i burn 400-600cals(i estimate) but i never really thought about all the other little activities?
Well, accourding to the other fitness site I'm on, this is what I burn on a rough basis:
Total: 3822 Basal: 1694
Lifestyle: 1108
Activities: 1021
Unless I'm working on artwork or website work, I can't stand sitting in one place for too long, and have to get up to do something ( clean, walk, play with Snickers, my dog, go out to play some DDR at the local arcade, or get up and practice my parapara dance routines ). And though I'm 'just a cashier' at the local grocery store, I get a BIG work out just from all the moving, heavy lifting, and pushing ( our customers are HELLA lazy, or weak as heck, and absolutely will NOT lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk ).
My body is usually sore and worn after just 4 hours. More than 5 or 6 hours, and I end up going home and crashing ( and most of the time, I walk to and from work ).
