Calories burnt vs calories ate
How many calories do i have to burn over calories eatten to lose some weight ? i know each 3000 calories is a lb in weight but at the moment i've burnt 786 more than i've eatten will i still lose a bit or does it have to be alot more ?
The number is 3500 cals. Go to the tool tab at the top of the page and there are calculators for you to use. You don't give height, weight, age, activity level to begin to guess for you.
If 786 if the difference between the small number on your burn meter at the end of the day and the large number on your eat meter then yes your doing fine? The deficit should never be over 1000 calories and your not. A 500 calories deficit should net you about a pound a week. So you could even eat a litle more and still be fine.
