Calories in Champagne
If my boyfriend and I split a bottle of champage....how many cals am I consuming? like 500?
Well yeah, I guess my question is more like....how many servings are in a bottle of champagne?
A standard bottle of champagne (not a magnum) contains 750 mL of champagne. Champagne, being mostly water, is approximately as dense as water, so the 750 mL should weigh around 750 g. The serving size listed was 120 g, this means there would be 6.25 servings per bottle. Half the bottle of champagne appears to come to 284 calories.
This is all assuming that I can correctly punch numbers into a calculator and/or read, which may be bad assumptions today.
Wow thank you! I can fit that into my calorie count pretty easily :)
