Calories without the cheese?

Quote  |  Reply
At my dining hall tonight they had basically a vegetable shishkabob (spelling?). It was a circular piece of eggplant, slice of green and yellow zuchinni, a slice of a cooked onion, and then a layer of red and green pepper. It also then had melted mozzarella cheese on top. WITH the cheese, it was listed at 100 calories. I took off the cheese and then one layer of the peppers (since the cheese was basically melted just on the pepper). How many calories do you think then this was (because I ended up having like 3 of them like this =/...any advice?

I would think about 35 calories each. Give or take 5.
