Like most people, Meredith tried losing weight a few times in the past, but she quickly realized that change has to come from within, too. Once given the opportunity to control her diet, she started to work towards a healthier and fitter version of herself, believed she could achieve her goals, and did! Going from 225 pounds to 150, she has maintained her 75 pound weight loss for almost a year, and learned so much throughout her journey.
