990 calories!?! for cookies!?!
So my sister made cookies today, i'd eaten 300 cals at this point and have 1,432 a day so I was like....what the hell, live a little. I ended up eating 5!! I thought "they're small.....maybe 78 cals a piece" but no 236 a cookie!!So now I can 1,295 and I havent even eaten dinner yet. What should I do? I'm thinking lettuce for dinner :(
Ehh, I disagree. Eat a normal dinner. Overeating and then starving yourself is a recipe for disaster. Just accept that you ate the cookies and move on with your diet as usual. Go work out extra hard tonight!!! Trust me, you'll feel a lot better afterward :)

I would try to get in my normal nutrients for dinner and take loss on the cookies.
just eat according to how hungry you feel. you'll probably end up eating less the rest of the day subconsciously, and the amount that you overate by probably won't make a significant difference. (:
the other day, i had two mooncakes for breakfast (they're these chinese pastry things that are about the size of a medium muffin each), only to find out later that they were about 900 calories. each. they were really good stuff though. xD
Mistakes like that are how we learn to log it before we eat it. I never guess anymore. In fact, I try to log my whole day in advance so there's no guesswork. My brain can't be trusted to make the right decision where cookies are involved.

Ya I thought they were 236, but then I put the recipe in the Recipe analyzer and since she made thirty not twenty four, and we also only had about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips instead of 2 cups. So it turned out the weren't as "bad" as I thought. The were abuout 148 instead. Still bad.....but not curled up in the fetal position bad :)
