How many calories are in a crispy chicken & cheese sandwich at school?

Today at school I had a crispy chicken & cheese sandwich for lunch and I wanted to know how many calories it was.I think the sandwich was on wheat bread, andit was breaded. It was straight out of the school cafeteria, so unfortunately they don't have nutritional facts.

Fried or baked would make a difference as well as the size. Look up fried chicken or breaded chicken in the generic items and do your best to estimate portion size.

Do the same with each ingredient, such as lettuce, mayo, cheese, bun, etc.
