So how many calories should I put down in 1 egg. On the carton it says 1 egg is 70 calories , but on this site it say for 1 scrabmled large egg is 102.  I'm not sure what to put?

I think it will include a little milk and added fat to a scrambled egg maybe. Not sure as am no expert. Just guessing my way round also! I think it takes into account the way and what additional cals it includes to cook it this way....

Are you scrambling it with any oil/milk/butter?  If not, go with the 70 calories on the package.  CC's count is assuming that you're adding stuff to scramble it; a raw egg is listed as 70 cals here too.

cold water makes for better scrambled eggs than milk anyway.  it slows down the cooking process just a little, and most of it evaporates.  makes for light, fluffy eggs :)

If you scrambled ONE EGG with butter... then I would log them separately... so one egg would be 70 calories and then a pat of butter would be... you'd have to look that up cause I have no clue... but if you used olive oil I know a tbs is 120 calories.
