Is 1400 calories enough for a teen?

I am 13 and weighed 122 lb, but now I am down to 116 lb. I am 5'2". Is 1400 calories enough for me? It has been working for weight loss, but I have not reached my adult height yet. I am supposed to be 5'4".

To maintain a healthy weight of 110 – 115 lb, and to support growth, you, personally, need to eat 1800 calories a day.
