Calories in Essene Bread

Anyone have any idea how many calories are in Essene bread? I've tried looking it up on here and elsewhere, and nowhere really says... raw diet proponents seem to often say not to count calories once beginning a raw diet, because you don't need to, but I'm not 100% raw, so I want to know.

It's not the same as the sprouted breads on this site -- similar, but not the same. The kind I buy has no nutritional information listed :-/

Essene bread is a really good, organic, whole grain bread.  

You can put it in using the Add a Food tool in your food log. Once you have it in, tag it for future reference.  If this is bread you're baking yourself, I found this recipe with nutritional information

Hmm that's strange they're calling a baked bread Essene bread, because it's supposed to just be sprouted and dehydrated since it's a raw item.

The kind I get is sprouted wheat berries, dates, and cinnamon, and that is it. I just don't know how much wheatberries are in each "serving" or what a "serving" of it is.
