You don't need exercise to lose weight if that's your question

You may not need exercise to lose weight but exercise has so many other benefits.  It tones your muscles, it helps you feels better, and not to mention you may meet other people who enjoy the same activities you do!

i lost weight this way last year and COULD NOT KEEP IT OFF!

now i am trying to lose with a lot of exercise to keep more muscle mass so that my RMR doesn't suffer.

It can be done as long as you watch your calorie intake!
