How many calories? 1200? 2500?!!!

Im really worried and confused about how many calories I should eat to maintain my weight, Im 14 and 100 pound, 5'2.
I dance 3 and a half hours a week, walk 20 minutes 5 days a week, and other than that, I dunno, normal activity for a 14 year old??

Ive looked it up on a zillion sites and they all range from 1200, to 2500! I know, thats a huge difference!!!

Anybody have any advise?

i get 2250, since you do exercise, i estimate around 1 hour per day, and you are still growing, so this seems about right. hope that helps. many calculators are made for adults so the numbers don't apply, you should not by any means be eating less than 1500 calories per day. hope that helps :)

id say definetely around 2500. maybe a bit more if you want to grow taller (you're 14 - you'll probably need to gain weight for more height, hips, and boobs)
