Where can I find suggestions on meals to create a 1200 cal. daily intake? I've looked but can't find "suggested meal plans" or such. ~thanks~

you can look at the thread, meal plan templates for different calorie ranges, what did you eat today? it posts several ranges and many people follow 1200 calories so it might help you get ideas.
Eatingwell.com offers 28-day meal plans for 1,200 calories and up. It was actually in the calorie count e-mail this morning! Take a look:
